I. Standard diagnostics
Lead time of 2–5 working days depending on the current workshop workload.

| 0 | no charge | Diagnostics are not charged where, following their performance, no repair is carried out, repair is not possible or is refused by the Customer and the equipment is not returned (it may be disposed of). |
| 2 290 | reduced price | Quick inspection where the condition of the equipment is obvious; no cleaning, complex handling or disassembly is required; the functional test does not require complex setup or simulation of operation. |
| 4 580 | standard price | Disassembly, standard inspection, measurement, basic cleaning, subsequent reassembly and standard functional test. |
| 9 160 | increased price | Cases of difficult handling (equipment over 50 kg), the need for wet cleaning and drying, a higher level of disassembly work or operational simulation (typically large or high-power equipment). |
II. Express diagnostics
Lead time typically 1 working day.

| 4 580 | express surcharge | Express inspection outside the standard queue. The service guarantees the reservation of at least one technician; it is necessary to arrange / order in advance (subject to the current workshop capacity). |
| ⚠ | Express diagnostics do not guarantee express repair. Part of the equipment may also be repaired within the framework of express diagnostics (simple damage, settings, software reinstallation), but always depending on the extent and nature of the damage. |
III. Standard repair
The price of the service within a repair is always set in an individual price quotation based on the actual findings of the diagnostics.

IV. Express repair
Express repair is generally not offered, given the range of types and brands repaired by the Contractor. Express repair must always be arranged / ordered in advance, subject to the current workshop capacity. The following case is an exception:

V. Service call-out
A service call-out is always performed by two technicians of the Contractor.
